We'll track protein and water intake to ensure you're getting your essential nutrients. For a fully immersive experience, follow the Mahalo mindset: stay inspired, authentic, inclusive, empowering, grateful, and community-centric. Daily Protein Goal: Start at 50 grams and increase as necessary based on individual needs. Daily Water Goal: Start with 2 liters (about 8 cups) and adjust based on activity level and personal needs
